directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of the organisation and works closely with the Management team in supporting them in the provision of quality services and service developments.
We are seeking to appoint new members to join our enthusiastic and skilled Board of Directors. Do you have you a little time and the skills to be a Director? Would you like to be involved in shaping the services we offer and really making a difference?
We are looking for women who demonstrate skills or experience in, but not limited to, any of the following areas:
We would particularly welcome women from BME or LGBT communities. Directors are required to become members of Dundee Women's Aid.
The Board meets monthly for a maximum of 2 hours. If you have a little time available and want to make a contribution to voluntary sector service provision, please consider volunteering with us. Full induction training will be provided and a mentor will guide you through the induction process.
We would also welcome men with these skills and experience to join us as Advisors to our Board of Directors.
To request an application pack or for more information, please contact Mary Miller, Manager, mmiller@dundeewomensaid.co.uk or telephone 01382 220803.
